Precautions: Essential oils are mainly for aromatherapy. They are extemely concentrated and should never be used internally unless they are properly diluted. Because they are oils they only dilute properly in other oils such as ghee (purified butter). No more than 1 to 2 drops should be consumed at a given time. 3 drop per tablespoon of ghee, the ghee should than be slightly heated and the two should be extremely well mixed. It is hard to do so in small quantities so a larger amount can be made and than stored. The 1 part ghee should than be mixed with 2 parts honey and mixed very well. Dosage can than be 1 or 2 tablesoons.
