Botanical Ingredients for Trikatu Rasayana

Instructions: Take 1 teaspoon just before each meal. It can also so added to food for flavoring or as a spread on bread.

Precautions: Not recommended if you already have a strong digestion or are prone to inflammations or have liver disease, infections, red inflamed skin diseases, acid reflux, anger, and aggression. Pitta or fire type persons should not use this product as it is heating. Pitta types should use No.6 or Triphala #29 to balance digestion.
