When we eat fresh fruits and vegetables we know it feels good but sometimes these raw foods could disturb our consitution and be the root cause of our imbalnce. Vata Diet

Red marked items can disturb the Dosha, so should be avoided or greatly reduced.

Blue marked items may only slightly disturb the dosha so should be eaten only occasionally or in smaller amounts.

Green marked items balance or reduce the dosha, they are the best for you.

Those items not colored are okay and can be eaten freely.
