Having trouble getting to sleep? Try these:
Warning... Its strong aroma and intense medicinal properties will leave you and your hair rejuvenated. For a milder effect, dilute with raw sesame oil as needed.

Instructions: Massage one or two teaspoons into scalp and back of neck and bottom of feet for sleep. Using a towel on your pillow is recommended. Then you can wash the brahmi oil out when you wake up. Full hair treatment: soak hair for at least (4 hours - overnight) and then rinse and wash with shampoo and conditioner.
