A Natural Herbal Rejuvenating Tonic To Help With Physical Endurance
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis ) is the main herb in this Chayawanprash. It is also called Dhatri or "the nurse" in Sanskrit because it acts like one.
The traditional use of Chyawanprash is very similar to the rejuvenating qualities of Ashwagandha Rasayana No.9a, but it contains bitter tonic herbs which balance the fire element. It is rich in natural vitamins and minerals, and can be used continuously for balanced health.
This Chyawanprash is made from 22 nutritive tonic, rejuvenative, alterative, anabolic, demulcent, vulnerary, bitter tonic, diuretic, antipyretic, and hemostatic ayurveda herbs in a base of rice syrup, honey, and ghee (Clarified butter).
This is a pitta-balancing Rasayana that is very compatible with the following products: # 2, 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, 15b, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27b, 28b, 29, 31, and 32.
Chyawanprash Rasayana is in the form of a "food jam" consisting of herbs and spices in a base of honey, rice syrup, and ghee.
Instructions: Eat directly from the jar or dissolve 1 level Tablespoon in a cup of warm to hot water and take on empty stomach. One can also continue taking throughout life to help maintain a balanced body, mind and soul.
