(Emblica officinalis ) is the main herb in this Chayawanprash. It is also called Dhatri or "the nurse" in Sanskrit.

The traditional use of Chyawanprash is very similar to the rejuvenating qualities of Ashwagandha Rasayana No.9a, but it contains bitter tonic herbs which balance the fire element. It is rich in natural vitamins and minerals, and can be used continuously for balanced health.
